Customers may purchase NORINA products either as a one-time purchase or as part of a subscription. By choosing a subscription, the customer agrees to recurring deliveries and payments according to the selected plan.

NORINA currently offers a flexible subscription designed to make it easier to keep up your daily routine:

Subscribers receive one delivery of NORINA every month and are billed monthly using the payment method entered at checkout. There is no long-term commitment. The subscription can be cancel at any time after the first order has been processed.

Customers can manage, pause, skip or cancel their subscription through their customer account or by contacting our support.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices, product availability or subscription terms. Any such changes will not affect orders already processed.

An order becomes binding at the moment the customer completes the ordering process and receives an order confirmation by e-mail.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, in particular in the following cases:

• an incorrect price;
• suspected fraudulent conduct;
• product unavailability

If an order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, the customer will not be charged. If payment has already been processed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

All prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service (or any part of the website's content) at any time and without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed or active subscriptions. New orders or subscriptions entered into after a price change are, however, governed by the prices valid at the moment of purchase. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of any product or service.

The online store accepts the following payment methods: credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment methods available at checkout. Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments or other integrated payment providers.

For subscription purchases, the payment method used for the first purchase will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing period. Customers can update their payment details in their customer account or by contacting customer support.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days from payment confirmation. Once the order is dispatched, the customer will be notified at the e-mail address provided at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the chosen carrier. The seller is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processes or circumstances beyond the seller's control.

Given the nature of food products we accept returns only for unopened, unused products. Products that have been opened, damaged by the customer or partially consumed cannot be returned.

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact the seller within 3 days of delivery. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.

All content on this website, including texts, graphics, logos, brand elements, product descriptions and design elements, is the property of NORINA or its licensing partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property legislation.

Some images, graphics or other visual materials used on this website may originate from third-party libraries, stock photography providers or platform resources provided by Shopify or other services. Such materials remain subject to their respective licence terms.
