Customers may purchase NORINA products either as a one-time purchase or through a subscription plan. By selecting a subscription, the customer agrees to recurring deliveries and payments in accordance with the chosen plan.

NORINA currently offers the following subscription options:

• 3-Month Plan
  A minimum commitment of three (3) monthly deliveries. Cancellation is permitted after the initial three-month period.
• 6-Month Plan
  A subscription with improved pricing, requiring a minimum commitment of three (3) monthly deliveries. Cancellation is permitted after the initial three-month period.
• 12-Month Plan
  The most advantageous pricing option, also requiring a minimum commitment of three (3) monthly deliveries. Cancellation is permitted after the initial three-month period.
  

All subscription plans are billed and delivered on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated.

An order becomes binding once the customer completes the checkout process and receives an order confirmation via email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases including, but not limited to:

• incorrect pricing;
  suspected fraudulent activity;
  product unavailability

If an order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, the customer will not be charged. If payment has already been processed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service (or any part of the website content) at any time without prior notice. Changes in pricing will not affect orders that have already been confirmed or subscriptions that are currently active. However, any new orders or subscriptions placed after a price change will be subject to the prices in effect at the time of purchase. We are not liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of any product or service.

The online store accepts the following payment methods: credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods available during checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other integrated payment providers.

For subscription purchases, the payment method used during the initial purchase will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. Customers may update their payment details through their customer account or by contacting customer support.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will be notified via the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and the selected shipping provider. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond the seller’s control.

Due to the nature of food products, returns are only accepted for unopened and unused items. Products that have been opened, damaged by the customer, or partially consumed cannot be returned.

If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact the seller within 3 days of delivery. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued using the original payment method.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, branding, product descriptions, and design elements, is the property of NORINA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
